Allen Edmonds' shoes are of exceptional quality for a very reasonable price. I could go on and on about the shoes themselves of course, but this review is focused on this location. I bought a pair of Allen Edmonds shoes online during one of their sales a couple years back. They didn't quite fit right but at the time I figured that since it was a sale there wasn't much I could do, and I had bought two other pairs at the time anyway, so I just didn't wear that particular pair and they sat in my closet for some time. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago. I figured I'd give them a call regarding their upcoming sales. I mentioned how the pair referenced above never quite fit me, and the representative told me to bring them in for store credit or an exchange. Excellent news! The next week I did just that. The particular pair that I wanted to exchange was unfortunately no longer being manufactured so I couldn't get a replacement, but I was still surprised to have them offer me store credit on an item I purchased 2 years prior (on sale no less!) and was no longer in their catalog! Hopefully the story speaks for itself, but just to summarize- absolutely amazing products of the highest quality, exceptional customer service that rivals any other retail outlet, and the utmost professional and helpful staff with extensive knowledge of their products, either over phone, e-mail, and especially in person! I'm a customer for life.

Great shoes and great help from the staff. My only word of caution is that once you get some nice shoes like these, cheap ones with lower quality leather just won't catch your eye anymore. I did have a pair that I got in the wrong width, I wore them for a month or two and thought I would see if I could somehow get a width larger. I called their call center and they offered to replace them for me even after being worn! They paid for the return shipping and all which they didn't have to do! I highly recommend Allen Edmonds.

Excellent Store service by Travis. I bought a few things on line and needed help with the products. On 11/29/22 around 5:30 p.m. I went to the store in Leawood. Travis was very professional, and helpful. He showed me good options. I ended up buying one more product and left with exactly what I needed. High quality products. Love fact I have both a great store and ability to buy on line. Very satisfied.

Wow. This is my first time ever buying Allen Edmonds shoes and I am blown away by the level of customer service. It's all thanks to Travis who works at the Leawood store. Not only is he very knowledgeable with the product he's selling, but he will go above and beyond to make sure you are absolutely happy with the pair of shoes you're getting. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer. Thank you Travis!!!

My first experience with this company, and I'm thrilled! I bought a pair of boots online for my husband, so when the size came in a bit too big, we were happy to find a store in Town Center for the exchange. Travis helped us out today, and I cannot praise him enough. He was welcoming, friendly, and sincerely helpful with our situation. Travis, we hope you have an awesome Thanksgiving!

This was my first time getting Allen Edmonds shoes, and between the shoes and the service I received I will be a customer for life. I first ordered my shoes online during the yearly sale and the fit was poor. Rather than shipping shoes back and forth to find the right size, I drove 3 hrs to Kansas City, and I am very glad I did. Travis was very professional and knowledgeable about the shoes. He went above and beyond, measuring me and trying every single size/width combination that may work for me (I have a weird foot with wide toes and a narrow heel). He made sure to price match my shoes to the sale price I received even to the point of making sure the tax difference didn't cost me any more. Customer service was better than I have ever received before. The shoes looked amazing, and now that they are broken in fit my feet nearly perfectly.

I came into this store a week ago to buy a pair of brown shoes. I ended up getting help from the store manager, Travis, and ended up buying a pair of black shoes in store and then also ordered a pair of brown shoes in the store, that had to be delivered as they did not have any in store. When the brown shoes came in, they ended up not fitting as expected. I brought them into the store and Travis helped confirm that they were not the correct fit and he ordered me another pair. Those came in and again, they did not fit, and I brought them back to the store and Travis once again, helped me order another pair, in a different size this time. I got the latest pair of brown shoes I ordered in the mail today and the fit is perfect. Giving this store and specifically, Travis, a five-star review for the great customer service when I bought the black shoes at the store and then the constant assistance when ordering these brown shoes and trying to find the right size. I will definitely be going back to this store for future purchases.

Travis & Tyler have been extremely helpful and accommodating whenever I've visited. I recently came in to exchange a pair that was originally an online purchase but had loose grain. Travis didn't bat an eye in assisting me with a different pair. I highly reccomend this store for their customer service.

The store manager, Travis, is outstanding. He is knowledgeable and has a service (rather than sales) focused approach. He will make sure you find the right shoe for your style and ensure a perfect fit. If there is anything wrong with the shoe, Travis will take care of it for you. Allen Edmonds are the best dress shoes I've ever owned and Travis's service is right on par with the product.

Veterans discount provided The best part of unboxing these shoes was the delightful smell of new leather. The process of taking them out of the box and bag itself made me feel excited to wear them. I would not recommend immediately throwing them on and doing a full day's work. Wear them them a couple hours here and there in the house to break them in. After the first full day at work I thought twice about putting them back on the next day, but by the third day they were feeling good. Tyler was very helpful. He had me size in a similar shoe (different color) and mailed the color I wanted. I ordered on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday.
